They claim to be located at USA but the service is actually owned by some Ukrainian fraudsters. Their toll free number also add more evidence to this, their customer service representative doesn’t has American accent. They give the paper just before the deadline by which clients not getting the opportunity to assign revision when needed. They don’t change writer when clients demand it. They have poor live chat system which found to be offline most of the time.

Phdworks.org has many attractive features but not all got into practical but only lies on the paper. They are trying to be genuine but lack of an expert panel is pulling it back.
